Due to popular demand, we have allowed our customers to Backorder and Pre-Order Bandz Bracelets on our website. How do you know if an item is on backorder or is a pre-order item? Our website is setup to charge the FULL amount of the purchase you make on an order. This includes backorder, pre-order, and in stock items. We don't see your credit card numbers whatsoever, so we don't have the ability to charge at a later date when parts of your order actually ships.

Your in stock items will ship immediately. Any backorder or pre order items will be shipped separately when they are in stock.

You can cancel pre-order or backorder items at any time by contacting us via our live chat, or via our contact us page.

When we receive the items in stock, orders are shipped in the order received. It is best to pre order or backorder the items prior to them coming back in stock - as we may have limited stock when they come in.

Estimated in stock dates can change based on many factors. We update the estimated dates as best we can, but it's possible they may not be 100% accurate. We will attempt to email you with updated dates if they do change.

You can still qualify for any specials we are running by adding backorder or pre order items with in stock items. If you cancel backorder or preorder items after other items have been shipped, it may cause you to lose a promotion (ex. Buy 2 get 3rd for as low as 89 cents).

If you paid for upgraded shipping, it will only apply to the in stock items on the initial order. All items shipped at a later date will be shipped via standard ground method (2-3 day average delivery time in US).
