All damage claims or discrepancies must be made within 3 business days of the order being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If an item arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy AsSeenonTVProductsOnline.com will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of AsSeenonTVProductsOnline.com and will only be issued if damaged items or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose any items before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by using our contact form here.
We accept multiple forms of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and eChecks via our 100% secure PayPal system. Our system is so secure, we have it setup where no employees of AsSeenonTVProductsOnline.com ever see your credit card or account numbers.

Personal checks are accepted, however, there will be a holding period before the item has been shipped. We will verify the check has cleared, prior to shipping the order. Typical holding time is 2-4 business days.
Warranty / Guarantee Information
We want to ensure you enjoy your purchase, so we do guarantee our items for 14 days by offering a 14 day no-hassle return policy. After 14 days, we strongly recommend contacting the manufacturer of the product for all warranty claims.

Back Order / Out of Stock
Due to the high volume of orders across multiple channels, it is possible an item you ordered may be out of stock in rare circumstances. If an item is out of stock, we will immediately place the item on backorder and notify you of the estimated shipping date. Since we do not have access to any credit card numbers, the order is initally charged when you order it, not when the items are shipped. You may cancel the backordered item at any time, and we will refund the purchase amount of the product, plus any applicable shipping fees attached to it.
Design Changes / Typographical Errors
At times, manufacturers do make slight changes to products during production runs. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise, however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. If an item has changed, and you want to return the item based on this, the standard return policy applies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We try to make every effort to ensure all product descriptions and titles are 100% accurate on our website. In cases where there are typographical errors on our website, it is at our discretion weather to honor the error. In cases where we are unable to honor the error, we pay to return the item back to us, and will issue a full refund of the product (without restocking fees) once the item is received back to us.
