Can I return my order?
Our products are backed by our No-Hassle 30 Day Return Policy. These products may be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days from the date of delivery. For a refund, you have two options:
- Receive a full refund (including any shipping and handling charges) in the form of Click Ship Points.
- Receive a refund to the original method you paid. A refund in this manner is for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. If the item was purchased with a "free shipping" offer, a restocking fee of actual shipping costs plus $3.50 will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise.
- Special Order Items
- Any item without original packaging or missing pieces
The following items are only returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been used or altered in any way.
- CD's and DVD's
- Printed materials
- Computer Software
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return authorization request is easy. If you have an account with us, login to your account. Then, click on Return Center on the left side of the menu. On that page click on the link Open a New Return or Exchange Request and follow the instructions.
If you don't have an account with us, visit our Guest Return Center.
Additional Return Notes:
- Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
- Any item returned that falls outside our normal return guidelines is subject to a minimum additional 15% handling charge. Please double-check that you have included instructions and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse.
- There is a minimum additional 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently returned.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused. If they are accepted, they are subject to additional processing and restocking fees.
Other Important Information
As Seen on TV products are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise, however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. If an item has changed, and you want to return the item based on this, the standard return policy applies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If the item was damaged in shipping, or you were sent the incorrect item, please contact us. We will do everything we can to ensure it is taken care of in a timely manner.
